Media Lies about Shawn Olfman and Henya Olfman
to cover-up Government Unconstitutional Actions,
Government Violations of Human Rights and
Government directed Discrimination.
The media attack on Henya Olfman and Shawn Olfman was a coordinated assault.

The government, which makes and controls the laws, wants to dictate the make up of all aspects of society, and to do that they have to be able to discriminate on any basis they desire, but they want to do it secretly so that they can't be caught discriminating.

The people in power also want the ability to keep people out against whom they have a personal grudge, or just because they decided they don't like that person, in short, they want the power to be dictators.

The people in power also want to be able to decide when they have had enough people from religion X or ethnic group X or of colour X, etc. in any profession, government agency position, board of directors, or government position, and then discriminate against other people of that colour or religion or ethnic group to keep them out, even though on their personal merit they deserve to be admitted.  They want to be able to discriminate without getting caught, and that can only be done with secret scores, secret meetings and denying Constitutional Rights and denying Human Rights.

That is why Henya Olfman's case against secret meetings, secret scores and the abrogation of Constitutional Rights and Human Rights had to be stopped, and she and I, her father and attorney, had to have vicious lies spread against us to distract from the fact that the government and universities are afraid to have what they are doing exposed in a trial that is open to the public.

Based on the admissions criteria published by the Faculty of Medicine, Henya Olfman received a higher admissions score than 66 of the 99 applicants for Medical School, that were admitted instead of Henya.  The documents that were provided to the court, and which are available on the website Constitution Breaches . com prove the foregoing as a fact, and prove that the Faculty of Medicine does not deny that fact.

The University Senate Committee concluded that it could not decide if Henya Olfman was wrongly discriminated against and wrongly not admitted into the Faculty of Medicine.  The documents that were provided to the court, and which are available on the website Constitution Breaches . com prove the foregoing as a fact, and prove that the Faculty of Medicine does not deny that fact.

The first judge stated that I was an experienced lawyer, that Henya's case could go all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada, and that my initial statement of claim was much to long and in violation of the court's formality rules for the drafting of a statement of claim, even though it contained very important legal questions and claims.  The first judge, a senior judge, advised me to refile a much shorter statement of claim; which I did.  The documents that were provided to the court, and which are available on the website Constitution Breaches . com prove the foregoing as a fact, and prove that the Faculty of Medicine had no evidence to dispute that fact.

The court system wrongly took the case away from the first judge, a senior judge, and gave it to a much less experienced judge, who insulted me, mocked my second much smaller statement of claim and threatened me and my daughter Henya against continuing with the action.  The ruling of the second judge contains errors and omits relevant facts.  All of the foregoing is proven by the documents on Constitution Breaches . com.

The media had no interest in Henya Olfman's case or in me as her attorney, and therefore sent no-one to cover the hearing before the first judge or before the second judge.

Somone with power over the media, told the media about the ruling of the second judge and told the media to do a vicious smear campaign, across Canada, to harm the reputations of myself and of my daughter, Henya Olfman; and the media did as they were told.

There was no urgency for the story.  There was a lot of time to get interviews from the government lawyers and university lawyers and from me, but the media did NONE of that.  The cross-Canada media articles contained lies that were not in the judge's ruling and were not attributed to any source.  The only motivation for such dishonest journalism is that the journalists were given orders from high up, because otherwise they would have no motive to make up lies about a case they had no interest in.  No journalist came to the hearing, and they did not interview any of the parties or their lawyers, yet they all rushed to publish the same lying articles across Canada.

The media is not owned by the journalists or even by the editors, each media is owned by a billionaire, except the CBC which is owned by the government, as the government pays their bills and salaries.  As in any corporation, the people in the middle (the editors) and the people at the bottom (the journalists) do as they are told from the top.

Journalists pretend independence from big government and big business, because if they told you the truth, which is that they do as they are told by their owners, you would not trust them.

The media has been to the website Constitution Breaches . com, but refuses to publish any follow up stories about what is contained in the university documents, government documents and court documents, all of which are on the website Constitution Breaches . com

The CBC sent me a letter admitting that their story is not correct, you can see that letter from the CBC on Constitution Breaches . com.

I did a search of the name  olfman  on April 23, 2025; that is about eleven years after the cross Canada media published vicious lies about Henya Olfman and me, her father and attorney, Shawn David Olfman.  The leaders of the media lies, the CBC and Macleans Magazine, continue to keep their lying articles at the front of an internet search, despite the fact that almost eleven years have gone by since they wrote those articles and they have NOT written a single follow up article.

As previously stated, the CBC and Macleans have been to the website Constitution Breaches . com many times in the last eleven years.
