The letters I received from the Manitoba Government and from the Federal Government do NOT deny that there is current, happening right now, government discrimination against Aboriginal People and against Poor People.

My communications with the government were on two issues:

1. The government's continued denigration of Aboriginals; and

2. The government's illegal denial of equal health care to poor people
    of all races.
(To be clear, the health care professionals are NOT to blame,
they have done nothing wrong, it is the government that is
denying equal health care to poor people.)

I sent my first letter to the Premier of Manitoba on June 15, 2022, I sent a letter to the Premier of Manitoba on May 3, 2024, and I sent a letter to the Prime Minister of Canada on May 29, 2024.

I received response letters from the offices of the Premier of Manitoba and of the Prime Minister of Canada.  The Premiers' letters and the Prime Minister's letter did not deny my statements of racist actions and discrimination by the Government of Manitoba.

Since sending my first letter I have contacted many people and organizations that give treaty land speeches and profess to advocate for justice for the Aboriginal People, and to some organizations that profess to advocate for justice in general; the huge majority of those people and organizations refused to respond to me, and the few that did respond would not provide a reason for their decision to NOT ask the government to accept my report offers.

People cannot be sincere in their calling for justice for Aboriginal People and equal health care for poor people if they will not even ask the government to accept report offers that will provide specific current actions of the government that are racist against Aboriginal People and discriminate against poor people in health care; which reports are free if the government, in its own unfettered discretion, determines that it did nothing wrong.
Occasionally, though rarely, someone has wanted to help and has asked me what they should write to their MLA.  You can help get justice for Aboriginals and for poor people of all races by sending the following email to your MLA.

"Please ask Premier Kinew to consider accepting the
report offers by Mr. Olfman in his May 3, 2024 letter to
Premier Kinew, those reports are on Manitoba Government
injustices towards Aboriginals and towards poor people."

Using the key pad below you can read the letters.

From the documents you will see that I get paid NOTHING if I am wrong, AND I let the government decide whether or not I am wrong.

The risk is all mine, if the government decides that I am wrong then I get NOTHING for my hundreds of hours of work.

If the government decides that I am correct, then my fee is set by three adjudicators selected by the government.

My reports provide excerpts from government documents, relevant government legislation, quotations from the Canadian Constitution and the words of the Supreme Court of Canada.
