From my letter to the government you will see that I am asking the government to read my reports, make them available to the public on the government's website, and tell the press that they are on the government's website.

The government is entitled to place whatever response it desires on its website along with my reports.

Placing my reports on their website costs the government nothing.

Telling the press that my reports are on the government's website costs the government nothing.

Why then, if the government is actually committed to justice for Aboriginal people and equal health care for poor people are they refusing my offered reports ?

My communications with the government were on two different issues:

1. The government's continued denigration of Aboriginals; and

2. The government's illegal denial of equal health care to poor people
    of all races.
(To be clear, the health care professionals are NOT to blame,
they have done nothing wrong, it is the government that is
denying equal health care to poor people.)

Therefore, the same documents will show you my communications with the government on both issues.

I sent my first letter to the (then) premier on June 15, 2022, since that time I have contacted many people and organizations that give treaty land speeches and profess to advocate for justice for the Aboriginal People and some organizations that even profess to advocate for Justice For All; none of those people or organizations have wanted to say that the government should read my reports.  I have not listed them here, however, if you have a legitimate reason to know their names send me an email.

Occasionally, though rarely, someone has wanted to help and has asked me what they should write to their MLA.  You can help get justice for Aboriginals and for poor people of all races by sending the following email to your MLA.

"Please ask Premier Kinew to consider accepting the
reports offer by Mr. Olfman in his May 3, 2024 letter to
Premier Kinew, those reports are on Manitoba Government
injustices towards Aboriginals and towards poor people."

Using the key pad below you can read my May 3, 2024 letter to Premier Kinew.

From the documents you will see that I get paid NOTHING if I am wrong, AND I let the government decide whether or not I am wrong.

The risk is all mine, if the government decides that I am wrong then I get NOTHING for my hundreds of hour of work.

If the government decides that I am correct, then my fee is set by three adjudicators selected by the government.

My reports provide excerpts from government documents, relevant government legislation, quotations from the Canadian Constitution and the words of the Supreme Court of Canada.
